Segment Marketing Manager
What's the role?
Segment Marketing Manager is one of most important marketing function in Hilti group who drives business development for specific segment. This position is for Industry(i.e. Manufacturing) segment and location is Korea.
Key Role and Responsibilities with this position is following:
•Make yearly business plan and mid/long-term business strategy for Industry segment through identifying key sub-segments, defining market potentials, Application value proposition development, Sales team setup proposal, etc.
•Product portfolio management for Industry segment
with Asia region and HQ team, especially for Hilti BU Installation System portfolios
•Multi products combined application development for Industry through value proposition assessment
•Drive BU Anchor business growth in Industry with Global team through key account development
•Enhance Industry sales team competence through periodic training, making & distribute training materials

What does the role involve?
Is responsible for one or several product lines in BU or MO. Driver of the strategy within product line or customer segment. Is part of the team developing and updating the strategy for the local unit. Filters market information on the respective products and proposes innovation and positioning of products. Coaching and support the product managers with in segment. Responsibility for planning and budget supervised by the marketing manager

What you need is:
•>7 years work experience in Marketing or Business planning or Solution sales
•Deep understanding or knowledge in manufacturing industries, e.g. Electronics or Warehousing/logistic system or Equipment Machinery or Elevator, etc.
•Excellent in market analysis and business(or product portfolio) planning
•B.A degree (Engineering or Business background preferred)
•Good skill in MS office (PPT / EXCEL / Word)
